·        We are looking for individuals who have a desire to share their knowledge, love & passion for teaching to the community.

·        There is no cost to use our facilities (we are not able to offer the facility to businesses or to promote businesses).

EVENTS

·        The 577 Foundation facilities are available to non-profit groups & organizations for educational meetings, conferences & workshops.  These events can be scheduled 8am-10pm daily.

·        The former “Riding Stables” has some unique spaces for small groups (Cottage, Machinery Room, Carriage Room, Cow Barn, Log Cabin) – download a fact sheet riding stables.doc

·        The 577 Foundation House, formerly Virginia Secor Stranahan’s residence, is available for groups having day-long & multiple day educational events – download a fact sheet house.doc 

TOURS

·        The 577 Foundation staff will lead your group on a “Highlights of 577” tour of the grounds.  The tour is interactive, educational, age group appropriate & fun.

·        Tours are most enjoyed by Pre-School to Senior Citizens.  30 people are the maximum.  (Sorry, we do not have picnic grounds).

·        Tours are offered year-round.  It is predominately an outdoor experience, so dress for the weather.
